Pathways is a 10-week job-readiness and career discovery program for 14-18 year old high school students and GED students with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Pathways will prepare you for, and give you the tools to be successful in, the world of work.
When you've gone through Pathways, you'll be confident, prepared, and capable - just what an employer is looking for.
Begin Applying for Jobs in as Little as Three Weeks. Start applying for jobs while you are moving through the program.
Jobs Just for High School Students. Our members-only job bank is one of San Francisco's largest just for high school students. Employers post positions frequently, and include one-time jobs and regular, part-time work so you can find the job that best fits your own situation. Unlike online job boards, where you're competing against high school graduates and even adults, our job postings are for members only and designed just for high school students.
The Pathways program cycle runs three times per year - with information sessions in January, May, and September. Download the Info Session Flyer to see the next available dates.

*Please note the summer cycle is shortened to 8 weeks.
Workshops Build Your Skills . . . and Your Confidence. Our workshops cover it all. You'll practice interviewing skills, build your resume, and learn about what's expected on the job. We even have workshops on money management and going to college, as well as career panels and half-day job-shadowing experiences.
You also have the opportunity to attend skill-building workshops tailored to specific job categories. If you're interested in working in an office, our office and computer skills workshops give you those in-demand skills. Looking to earn money while learning about special events or catering? Take our party help workshop. Interested in childcare? We've got a workshop for that too.
