When you join EHSS, you not only can find a job, you have access to a unique combination of programs that give you the skills, experience, coaching, and resources that are essential in today's competitive employment market.

All Enterprise members must participate in at least one of our two cornerstone programs: Pathways or This Way Ahead. Each program offers a range of workshops to help you find, prepare for, and be successful in your job. And each program offers you one-on-one coaching to help ensure your success.

Once you've completed one of these programs, you can use our members-only Job Bank, apply to our Summer Employment Programs, access our College and Career Counseling services, or join our Youth Ambassador Program.

Wherever you are, and wherever you want to go, we can help you get there.

The approach we take to supporting students at EHSS is unique.

More than the information and tools we give them, I think the greatest strength of EHSS is our staff. They are professional, but also remarkably approachable. Sharing what we've experienced creates genuine trust; we become role models by discussing what we learned in college, what we've learned in our careers. Students appreciate and respond to that level of transparency and honesty.
