How to List a Job with Enterprise
- Call us at 415.392.7600 ext. 1
- Your job will be entered into our Job Bank database, which is searched by our high school student members.
- Students will call you directly regarding your listing. You may interview them immediately over the phone, or you can set up an interview time with the student. (Please note: Enterprise is not the employer, and cannot negotiate salaries, check immigration status, pre-interview or screen students for specific jobs.)
- We can guarantee that your job will be posted where students can review it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be filled.
- We need to know when you hire a student, so we ask that you call, fax or email info@ehss.org us with the name and phone number of the student you hired.
- Your listing will expire one month after it is posted, if it has not been filled. If we havent heard from you at that time, we will call, fax, email, or send you a letter regarding your interest in renewing your job listing.
- When the student youve hired completes the job, we ask that you fill out an Employer Evaluation.
It is crucial for us to know how students are doing on the job in order for us to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our Job Readiness training. We also rely on your evaluations to help us improve our services to you and to provide statistical information to our current and future funders.
