Volunteer Party Assistance Workshop Instructor

Program Description: The Party Assistance Workshop is a mandatory workshop for Enterprise members who are interested in applying for catering spot jobs through the Job Referral Program. The one hour workshop covers topics relevant to catering events, including setting formal and buffet tables, techniques for serving food, cleaning, and safety issues.

Objective: Instruct Party Assistance Workshop

Duties/Responsibilities: To provide interactive group instruction to Enterprise members on techniques necessary for them to be successful as a party assistant.

Qualifications: Ability to teach high school aged students, knowledge of catering, or front of the house restaurant skills.

Time Commitment: One hour workshop per month plus preparation time. Workshops are usually held in the late afternoon.
