Enterprises Junior Caddie Program
Enterprise’s Junior Caddie Program offers high school students the opportunity to work as caddies at the Olympic Club Golf Course! Students do not need to have experience with golf, but they must have a strong interest in learning about the game and distinct culture of the sport. The Junior Caddie Program usually runs from the end of May through July.
Students hired to work at the Olympic Club are expected to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during summer vacation, and on Saturdays and Sundays only when school is in session. On weekends caddies need to be on the course at 7:30 a.m., and on Fridays the workday begins at 10:30 a.m.
Caddies are paid $50 per round (18 holes) and are entitled to a lunch per day of work. They are also paid $25 for each 3-hour wait period if they don’t get a round. This year, caddies will be awarded a free golf lesson for every 10 rounds they caddie!
